New Graduate Student Orientation

Welcome to all of our incoming graduate students! We are very excited to see you on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 for our New Graduate Student Orientation! Below you will find a brief overview of the schedule and what to expect for this fun-filled day. Please keep in mind that this is an all-day event that will take place from 9am-4:00pm.


Please arrive to Town Square (in front of the Price Center) for registration and a light breakfast from 9:00-10:00am. Registration will go quickly if you already have your student ID. For more information about how to obtain your student ID card before the event, please click here.

Our welcome and keynote will begin promptly at 10:00am, with excellent presentations from:

  • Dr. Kim Barrett, Dean of the Graduate Division
  • Graduate Student Association President
  • Dr. Juan C. González, Vice Chancellor-Student Affairs
